A studio gallery scene (Endeavour). We built this gallery in the control room of a modern TV studio in Harrow, which was used as the location. We installed the monitors fed from live cameras in the studio giving complete realism. All the cameras had to be genlocked so there were no sync problems on camera.
Hire and Services
Our Story
We have been hiring vintage electronics and associated equipment to the film, TV exhibition and theatre industries since the 1990s.
Since then we have gradually seen an increase in the number and complexity of projects we have contributed to. For example; 'Life on Mars', 'Bohemian Rhapsody', 'The Crown', 'The Long Shadow' and many others. How can we help you?
Our work - your project
We believe in working with clients to make what they have visualised appear on the screen or set. We understand the pressures of the modern filming environment and while we have the knowledge to advise in getting period details right, we realise that it is the director's or designer's vision that really matters. Not to mention the budget!
Our support
We can provide some props such as radios or TV sets on a 'dry hire', but for items such as TV cameras which have rarity, operational and possibly safety issues, we need to provide technical support. We can also provide technical support in terms of camera operation, video preparation for playbacks and customised props. We are happy to discuss your requirements and provide pictures of suitable options. Contact us below for more details.

Specialist Vehicle Hire
We have 3 TV outside broadcast vehicles available for hire, covering from the 1960s to c.2013. Two are practical, with the possibility of pictures on monitors for interior shots.
We can supply classic cars too!
